About CABMR

The Ascencia Center for Applied Business and Management Research – CABMR – is an affiliated research center of Ascencia Business School, with an emphasis on applied research in the areas of management and business administration.

Ascencia Business School is a committed education leader and founding member of Collège de Paris.  The school commitment is reflected through its teaching and research excellence, the focused relevance of its programs, and in the impact of its graduates in the community.

Established in October 2022, the CABMR exists to provide faculty and advanced students with practical opportunities to conduct applied business and management research and supports learning opportunities for students in the conduct of applied research on timely business and management topics.

The CABMR is located at CNIT, 3rd floor – 2 place de la Défense, 92092 Puteaux.

Mission and Key Roles

Through a collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach, the CABMR objective is to provide applied research focused on business decision making and critical social-economic-political issues through the transfer and application of academic and industry knowledge. The Center's research can help organizations and individuals make more effective and efficient decisions.

The CABMR addresses real-world challenges in business and management directed at transforming applied research into practical, positive impacts for the business community.

The CABMR oversees all applied research-related activities within the Collège de Paris extended international network and affiliated partners; hosting research events, conferences, seminars, and circulating applied research working papers and updates.

The CABMR also provides the necessary tools and functional resources for students enrolled in the international DBA program supporting them in their professional dissertation projects.
